Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Yönetim kurulumuzun 14.05.2024 tarihli toplantısında; SPK'nın 28 Aralık 2023 tarih ve 81/1820 sayılı kararı uyarınca, Türkiye Muhasebe/Finansal Raporlama Standartlarını uygulayan finansal raporlama düzenlemelerine tabi ihraççılar ile sermaye piyasası kurumlarının, 31 Aralık 2023 tarihi itibarıyla sona eren hesap dönemlerine ait yıllık finansal raporlarından başlamak üzere TMS 29 hükümlerini uygulamak suretiyle enflasyon muhasebesi uygulaması kararı uyarınca; 31 Aralık 2023 tarihli finansal tablolar hazırlanırken TMS 29'a göre enflasyon düzeltmesi yapıldığı görülmüştür.

Şirketimizin 2023 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu Vergi Usul Kanunu kayıtlarına göre 5.393.681,14 TL Net dönem karı oluşmasına rağmen Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TMS/TFRS") uyarınca hazırlanan konsolide mali tablolarına göre-147.545.834,00 TL zarar hesaplanmış olduğu ve bu suretle söz konusu finansal tablolarda net dağıtılabilir dönem karı oluşmadığından kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, Yönetim Kurulu'nda alınan bu kararının yapılacak ilk genel kurulda ortaklar onayına sunulmasına katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
