2024 yılı faaliyet dönemi hesapları denetimi için bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMM A.Ş.'nin (Ernst & Young) seçilmesine ilişkin 02 Mayıs 2024 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı, 15 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 15 Mayıs 2024 tarihli Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

The General Assembly resolution dated May 2, 2024 on the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. (Ernst & Young) for the auditing of the accounts of our Company for the accounting period of 2024 has been registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on May 15, 2024 and published on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on May 15, 2024.
