Our company's Board of Directors convened at the company headquarters;The distribution of the total gross profit of 363,100,000.00 TL, as specified in the 13th article of the company's articles of association and within the framework of our company's profit distribution policy, will be carried out as indicated in the attachment; 193,065,466.52 TL of the total gross profit to be distributed will be covered by share issuance premiums, 32,154,665.22 TL from extraordinary reserves, and the remaining 137,879,868.26 TL from Positive Differences from Inflation Adjustment//Net Period Profit. Out of the gross profit to be distributed, 120,000,000 TL will be in cash (87,845,334.78 TL from share issuance premiums, 32,154,665.22 TL from extraordinary reserves), and the remaining 243,100,000.00 TL will be distributed as (105,220,131.74 TL from share issuance premiums, 137,879,868.26 TL from Positive Differences from Inflation Adjustment//Net Period Profit) in the form of bonus shares.

At our company's ordinary general assembly meeting, which will convene to review the activities of the year 2023 and to discuss and resolve the written agenda, the commencement of cash and bonus share dividend distribution as of 07/09/2024 will be presented to the approval of our shareholders.

The decision has been unanimously agreed upon by those present.
