Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin nakdi ve tahsisli olarak artırılmasına ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun 16 Mayıs 2024 tarihli onayları kapsamında, satış fiyatının belirlenebilmesi ve tahsisli satış işleminin gerçekleştirilmesi için Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'nin Toptan Alış Satış İşlemlerine İlişkin Prosedürü çerçevesinde TEB Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. aracılığıyla 17 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.'ye başvuru yapılmıştır.

Within the scope of the approval of the Capital Markets Board dated 16 May 2024 regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital in cash through private placement, in order to determine the sale price and carry out the transaction of private replacement, an application has been made to Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. on 17 May 2024 through TEB Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (brokerage house) within the framework of the Wholesale Transactions Procedure and Principles of Borsa Istanbul A.Ş.
