Şirketimiz tarafından Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-14.1 sayılı Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim AŞ tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarda 49.656.000.-TL bağışlar eklenmiş net dağıtılabilir dönem karı, yasal kayıtlarda ise 74.321.636.-TL net dönem karı elde edilmesine karşılık, Şirketimizin 2023 yılı olağan genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere "Kâr Dağıtım Teklifi"nin oluşturulması için yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde, dönem karının pay sahiplerimizin yararına olduğu düşüncesi ile önümüzdeki dönem yatırım harcamalarında kullanılması ve Şirketin mali yapısının güçlü tutulması amacıyla 2023 yılı karından kar payı dağıtılmamasına ilişkin teklifte bulunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
