Şirketimizin 21.05.2024 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu toplantısında; Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre Şirketimiz 424.780.555 TL, TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanununa uygun olarak hazırlanan aynı döneme ilişkin solo finansal tablolarına göre ise 145.107.215 TL kâr etmiş olup, Şirketimizin yatırımları ve büyüme planları dikkate alınarak, sağlıklı nakit akışının devam ettirilmesi amacıyla kar payı dağıtımı yapılmaması, dağıtılabilir dönem karından Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedeklere aktarılmasının yapılacak 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmak üzere teklif edilmesine karar verilmiştir.
