Şirketimiz ile Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti Çimkent Valiliği (Akimat of Shymkent city, Republic of Kazakhstan) arasında 17.11.2023 tarihinde Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti'nin Çimkent şehrinde seralara ilişkin yatırım projelerin planlanması ve uygulanmasına yönelik karşılıklı anlayış ve işbirliği oluşturmayı konu alan ön iyi niyet protokolünün (Memorandum of Understanding) imzalandığı daha önce kamuoyuna duyurulmuştu.

Bağlı Ortaklığımız TOO ALSERA KZ'nin söz konusu ön iyi niyet protokolü doğrultusunda yapmış olduğu arazi tahsis başvurusuna karşılık Kazakistan Cumhuriyeti Çimkent Valiliği tarafından iletilen cevap yazısında;

Çimkent şehrinde yer alan 2.084,50 dönüm alanın sera kompleksi inşasına ilişkin yatırım projesinin ifa edilmesi amacıyla ve bedelsiz olarak geçici tahsisine onay verildiği bildirilmiştir. Ayrıca, söz konusu geçici tahsis ile birlikte ileride imzalanacak yatırım sözleşmesinde belirtilen yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi şartıyla, yetkili kurum kararına dayanarak arazinin mülkiyetini bedelsiz olarak devralma hakkının tanındığı belirtilmiştir.

Konuyla ilgili gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

It was priorly announced to the public that, a memorandum of understanding has been signed on 17.11.2023 between our Company and Akimat of Shymkent city, Republic of Kazakhstan with the purpose of establishing mutual understanding and cooperation for the planning and implementation of investment projects related to greenhouses in Shymkent city, Republic of Kazakhstan.

Pursuant to the letter communicated by Akimat of Shymkent city, Republic of Kazakhstan, as a response to the land grant application made by our affiliate TOO ALSERA KZ, in line with the aforementioned memorandum of understanding, it has been stated that;

Approval has been granted for temporary allocation of 2.084,50 decares of land in Shymkent City at no cost, for implementation of an investment project for construction of a greenhouse complex. Furthermore, it has been stated that, contingent upon the fulfillment of obligations specified in the investment contract to be signed in the future, the right to acquire the ownership of the land at no cost, will be granted based on the decision of the competent authority.

Further developments will be communicated in due course.
