Basın-yayın organlarında, demir-çelik sektöründe yürütülen vergi incelemesi kapsamında Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığınca iki firmaya yüksek tutarda vergi cezası kesildiği yönünde haberler çıkmıştır. Şirketimiz yada bağlı ortaklıklarımızın bu haberlerle herhangi bir ilişkisi bulunmamaktadır.

Bu kapsamda, medyaya yansıyan konuyla ilgili olarak Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği kapsamında kamuya açıklama yapılmasını gerektirecek nitelikte herhangi bir gelişme bulunmamaktadır.

The following statement is made in response to questions from our investors.

There were news in the media that high amount of tax fine was imposed on two companies by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance within the scope of the tax inspection carried out in the iron and steel sector. Our company or our subsidiaries have no relation with these news.

In this context, there are no developments regarding the issue reflected in the media that would require a public disclosure within the scope of the Capital Markets Board's II-15.1 on Material Events Disclosure.
