Our company's general assembly meeting from today, 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 accounting period, in our consolidated plan, the profit for the period attributable to equity holders of the parent company amounts to TRY 948.123.057, unconsolidated V.U.K. tax record net loss for the period in the amount of TRY 54.241.611 and a net previous year loss of TRY 992.328.898 in the legal records prepared according to the legal regulations, the issue of not making profit distribution by deducting the period profit of the year from the previous period losses has been decided by the General Assembly.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
