The Evaluation Report Regarding the Assumptions Used in the Determination of the Public Offering Price, prepared by the Audit Committee in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 29 of the Capital Markets Board's Equity Communiqué No. VII-128.1, taking into account the financial results of our Company dated 31.12.2023, is attached. We submit it for the information of shareholders and the public.
