Şirketimizin Esas Sözleşmesi'nin "Payların Devri ve Birleşme" başlıklı 7. maddesine ilişkin tadil 25 Nisan 2024 Perşembe günü yapılan Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı ile kabul edilmiş olup, söz konusu esas sözleşme değişikliği, İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından bugün (23.05.2024) tescil edilmiş ve 23.05.2024 tarih ve 11088 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

In the previous statement, Article number inadvertently stated as 6. We present the statement again in corrected form below.

The amendment regarding the article 7th of our Company's Articles of Association titled "Share Transfer and Merger" was accepted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, and the stated amendment to the articles of association was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office today (23.05.2024). It was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 23.05.2024 and no 11088.

We present it to the information of our shareholders and the public.

This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
