Şirketimiz Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Yönetim Kurulu'nun  24.05.2024 tarihli kararı ile,

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun (II-17.1) sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin ekinde yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkeleri 4.5'te sayılan ilkeler gözetilerek Yönetim kurulu bünyesinde oluşturulan, Kurumsal Yönetim Komitesi, Denetimden Sorumlu Komite, Riskin Erken Saptanması Komitesi'nin çalışma esaslarının güncellenmesine, Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda ve Şirketimiz internet sitesinde yayımlanarak kamuya açıklanmasına,

Katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiş olup, söz konusu komitelerin Çalışma Esasları ekte sunulmaktadır.

With the decision of the Board of Directors of our company Sun Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. dated 24.05.2024,

To update the working principles of the Corporate Governance Committee, Audit Committee and Early Detection of Risk Committee established within the Board of Directors in accordance with the principles listed in 4.5 of the Corporate Governance Principles annexed to the Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board, and to disclose them to the public by publishing them on the Public Disclosure Platform and our Company's website,

It was unanimously decided by the participants and the Working Principles of the committees in the aforementioned committees are attached in the annex.
