Nakdi ve tahsisli olarak gerçekleştirilen sermaye artırım işlemleri nedeniyle Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulunun 24 Mayıs 2024 tarihli kararı çerçevesinde; Şirket Esas Sözleşmesinin 8.maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesi için 24 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kuruluna başvuruda bulunulmuştur.

An application has been made to the Capital Markets Board on 24 May 2024 for the approval of the amendment of Article 8 of the Company's Articles of Association as attached. The said amendment has been decided on the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 24 May 2024 due to the realized capital increase in cash through private replacement.
