Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu, ilgili mevzuat ve Şirket Denetim Komitesi'nin olumlu görüşü doğrultusunda 2024 yılı hesap döneminde finansal raporların bağımsız denetimini gerçekleştirmek üzere BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin 15.05.2024 tarihli Genel Kurul Kararı 23.05.2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi'nde yayınlanmıştır.
