At the meeting of our Board of Directors held today (27.05.2024) it was decided;

At the end of the 2023 fiscal period of our company;

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on the Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets (II-14.1), there is a period loss of 65.867.696 TL in the financial statements prepared in accordance with the TMS/TFRS provisions issued by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority ("KGK").

In our statutory records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), there is a net period profit of 40.058.389,46 TL.

In accordance with the legislation, our articles of association, and our profit distribution policy, the balance remaining after legal deductions are made from the net period profit in our statutory records, which are prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Law ("V.U.K."), will be retained in the extraordinary reserves account. .
