The existing polyurethane system production facilities and equipment of Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago) will be relocated to our Düzce facility. Within the scope of this collaboration, the production, sales, and marketing activities of all polyurethane systems and products under Ravago's "Ravapol" brand will be carried out by Kimpur.

Bu stratejik hamle ile şirketimiz yaklaşık 85.000 tonluk yeni bir ek kapasiteye sahip olacaktır. Böylece, Gebze tesisinde 141 bin ton, Düzce tesisinde 30 bin ton ile toplamda 171 bin ton olan mevcut yurt içi üretim kapasitemiz; yeni stratejik yatırım ile 256 bin ton seviyesine çıkacaktır. Letonya tesisimizdeki 25 bin ton kapasitesi ile toplam global üretim kapasitemizin çıkacağı seviye de 281 bin ton olacaktır.

With this strategic move, our company will gain approximately 85,000 tons of new additional capacity. Consequently, our current domestic production capacity of 171,000 tons, comprising 141,000 tons at the Gebze facility and 30,000 tons at the Düzce facility, will increase to 256,000 tons with this new strategic investment. Including the 25,000 ton capacity at our Latvia facility, our total global production capacity will reach 281,000 tons.

Türkiye'nin %100 yerli sermaye ile kurulmuş en büyük poliüretan sistem evi konumunda olan Şirketimiz (Kimpur), Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago) ile önemli bir stratejik iş birliği konusunda anlaşmaya varmıştır. Bu iş birliği kapsamında, Ravago'nun "Ravapol" ticari isimli tüm poliüretan sistemleri ve ürünlerinin üretimi, satış ve pazarlama faaliyetleri Kimpur tarafından gerçekleştirilecektir.

Anlaşma çerçevesinde, Ravago'ya ait mevcut poliüretan sistem üretim tesis ve ekipmanları Kimpur'un Düzce tesisine taşınacaktır. Bu stratejik hamle ile şirketimiz yaklaşık 85.000 tonluk ilave kapasiteye sahip olacaktır. Devir çalışmaları 15 Haziran 2024 tarihinde başlayacak olup, bu sürecin 2024 yılı sonuna kadar tamamlanması hedeflenmektedir.

Yapılan anlaşma sonrasında gerekli yasal prosedürlerin tamamlanması adına ilgili mercilere başvurular iletilecek; gelişmeler kamuoyu ile paylaşılacaktır.

Our company, Kimpur, the largest polyurethane system house in Turkey established with 100% domestic capital, has reached an agreement on a significant strategic collaboration with Ravago Petrokimya A.Ş. (Ravago). Within the scope of this collaboration, Kimpur will undertake the production, sales, and marketing activities of all polyurethane systems and products under Ravago's "Ravapol" brand.

Under this agreement, Ravago's existing polyurethane system production facilities and equipment will be relocated to Kimpur's Düzce facility. With this strategic move, our company will gain an additional capacity of approximately 85,000 tons. Consequently, our current domestic production capacity of 171,000 tons, comprising 141,000 tons at the Gebze facility and 30,000 tons at the Düzce facility, will increase to 256,000 tons with this new strategic investment. Including the 25,000 ton capacity at our Latvia facility, our total global capacity will reach 281,000 tons.

The transfer operations will commence on June 15, 2024, and the process is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. Following the agreement, necessary legal procedures will be initiated with the relevant authorities, and developments will be shared with the public.
