Şirketimiz 20 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Şirket'in 2024 yılı mali tablo ve raporlarının Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu uyarınca denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere, 0734078053400012 Mersis numaralı, Kavacık Mahallesi Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. N10/3 Beykoz/İstanbul adresinde mukim İstanbul Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü'ne 945243-0 sicil numarası ile kayıtlı Reform Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi'nin (Beykoz V.D.- 7340780534)'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle bağımsız denetçi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin Genel Kurul Kararı Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü tarafından 28.05.2024 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company held on May 20, 2024, a General Assembly Resolution was made to appoint Reform Bağımsız Denetim Anonim Şirketi (Beykoz Tax Office - 7340780534), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office with registration number 945243-0, located at Kavacık Mahallesi Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. N10/3 Beykoz/Istanbul, and with MERSIS number 0734078053400012, as the independent auditor for a period of 1 (one) year to audit the Company's financial statements and reports for the year 2024 in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Capital Markets Law, and to conduct other activities within the scope of the related regulations. This General Assembly Resolution was registered and announced by the Trade Registry Office on 28.05.2024

The English translation of this disclosure is attached, and in case of any discrepancies in the disclosure texts, the Turkish disclosure shall prevail.
