Yönetim Kurulu'nun teklifi ve yazılı önerge doğrultusunda, Şirketimizin 1 Ocak 2023 – 31 Aralık 2023 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre 321.195.201.- TL net dönem zararı gerçekleştiğinin tespiti ile, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kâr Payı Tebliği'nde yer alan esaslar ile Esas Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikası çerçevesinde, hesap döneminin zararla kapatılmış olması nedeniyle kar dağıtımı yapılmamasına, TMS/TFRS esas alınarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre gerçekleşen 321.195.201.- TL net dönem zararının geçmiş yıllar karları hesabına mahsup edilerek kapatılmasına oy çokluğu ile karar verilmiştir.
