03.11.2023 tarihli KAP açıklamamızda belirttiğimiz üzere, Şirketimizin güneş enerji santralleri anahtar teslimi müteahhitlik faaliyetleri kapsamında, Eskişehir ve Gebze'de bulunan plastik fabrikalarının elektrik ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. ile Güneş Plastik Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. arasında "Anahtar Teslim Arazi Tipi Öztüketim Güneş Enerji Santrali" kurulumu için KDV hariç 2.550.548,00 USD bedelle sözleşmesi imzalanmıştı.

Sözleşmeye konu ARAZİ TİPİ GÜNEŞ ENERJİSİ SANTRALLERİ kurulumu tamamlanmış ve ilgili kurumlar nezdinde kesin kabulü yapılmış olup, santral enerji üretimine başlamıştır.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur.

As stated in our Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcement dated 03.11.2023, within the scope of our company's turnkey contracting activities for solar power plants, a contract was signed between Naturel Yenilenebilir Enerji Ticaret A.Ş. and Güneş Plastik Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the installation of a "Turnkey Self-Consumption Land-Type  Solar Power Plant" to meet the electricity needs of plastic factories located in Eskişehir and Gebze worth USD 2,550,548.00 excluding VAT.

The installation of the SOLAR POWER PLANTS has been completed and the final acceptance has been made by the relevant institutions, and the plant has started energy production.

It is respectfully announced to the public and our investors.
