Yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde;

2023 yılı faaliyetleri sonucu yasal kayıtlara göre oluşan zararın "Geçmiş Yıl Zararları" hesabında bırakılmasına ve bu hususun 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına,katılanların oy birliği ile karar verildi.

Gündem maddesi oya sunuldu,yapılan oylama sonucunda gündem maddesinin kabulüne oy birliğiyle karar verildi.
