Şirketimizin 2024 yılı hesap dönemine ait finansal raporlarının denetlenmesi ve bu konulardaki ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin 1 (Bir) yıl süreyle Denetçi ve Topluluk Denetçisi olarak seçilmesine ilişkin 29 Nisan 2024 tarihli Genel Kurul kararı 3 Haziran 2024 tarihinde tescil ve ilan edilmiştir.

The General Assembly resolution dated April 29, 2024 regarding the election of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Auditor and the Group Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2024 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered and announced on June 3, 2024.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
