2. Söz konusu kâr dağıtım önerisine ilişkin olarak SPK'nın II-19.1 sayılı Kâr Payı Tebliği'nin 8'inci maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan ve ekte verilen 2023 yılı Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu ile işbu Yönetim Kurulu kararının kamuya açıklanmasına,

karar verilmiştir.
