06 Haziran 2024 Perşembe günü (bugün) saat 15:00'te gerçekleştirilen Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 07.03.2024 tarih ve 2023 14 sayılı bülteninde yapılan açıklamalar çerçevesinde TMS TFRS uyarınca hazırlanan finansal tablolarımızın enflasyona göre düzeltilmesi sonucunda, oluşan endeklenmiş geçmiş yıl zararının olduğu, söz konusu tutarın dönem karında düşülmesi neticesinde dağıtılacak kârın oluşmadığı, Veri Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hazırlanmış mali tablolarda çıkan karın tamamının, olağanüstü yedekler hesabına aktarılmasına ilişkin yönetim kurulu teklifi oy birliği ile kabul edildi.
