30.05.2024 tarihli özel durum açıklamasında belirtildiği üzere, Manisa'daki iç üretim birimimizin taşınmasının ardından Torbalı OSB'deki üretim tesisinde görev almak istemeyen çalışanların iş sözleşmelerinin İş Kanunu ilgili maddeleri uyarınca hak ve alacakları ödenmesi suretiyle sona erdirildiği bildirilmişti.

Bu kapsamda çalışanlara ödenen tüm hak ve alacaklarının toplamı 54.553.434 TL'dir.

As it was announced in the material event disclosure dated 30.05.2024, after the relocation of our internal production unit in Manisa, it was reported that the employment contracts of the employees who did not want to work at the production facility in Torbalı OSB were terminated by paying their rights and receivables in accordance with the relevant articles of the Labour Law.

In this scope, the total amount of all rights and receivables paid to the employees is 54.553.434 TL.
