The "Internal Directive of Politeknik Metal Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi General Assembly Working Principles and Procedures", which was approved at the Company's 2023 Ordinary General Assembly meeting dated June 06,2024, has been registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on June 10,2024.
