6 Haziran tarihli 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında Esas Sözleşme Tadiline ilişkin gündem maddesi onaylanmış olup, güncellenen esas sözleşmenin gündeme alındığı 2023 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısı 10 Haziran 2024 tarihinde tescil edilerek 10 Haziran 2024 tarihi 1482. sayfa ve 11100 sayılı TTSG'sinde yayımlanmıştır.
