Dividend Rate Table Explanations

At the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 12 June 2024, the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the dividend distribution dated 20 May 2024 was discussed and accepted; it has been decided to base the general legal reserve (secondary reserve) in line 16 of the dividend distribution table as 7,425,000 TL within the scope of compliance with financial reporting and accounting standards.
