At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of our Company held today, it has been accepted by the Ordinary General Assembly that since the profit for the period falling to the main partnership share in our consolidated balance sheet for the accounting period 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 is TL 948,123,057 and there is a loss for the period of TL 54,241,611 and a loss for the previous year of TL 992,328,898 in the legal records prepared in accordance with the provisions of the non-consolidated V.U.K., the profit for the period 2023 will be offset against the losses of the previous period and no dividend distribution will be made.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail
