DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY ACCORDING TO ARTICLE 9 OF COMMUNIQUÉ NO II-14.1

Attached herewith are our unaudited financial statements for the three-month period ended 31.03.2024, approved by the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of our Company, prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets numbered II-14.1 and the Principle Decision on the application of inflation accounting dated 28.12.2023, in accordance with the provisions of TAS/TFRS Consolidated.

The Consolidated Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Shareholders' Equity and the related explanations and the Annual Report prepared by the Company management on the basis of TAS/TFRS as of 31.03.2024 in comparison with the previous year;

a) It has been examined by us,

b) Within the framework of the information we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements and annual report do not contain any misrepresentation of the facts on important issues or any omissions that may be misleading as of the date of disclosure,

c) Within the framework of the information we have within the scope of our duties and responsibilities, the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on Principles Regarding Financial Reporting in Capital Markets numbered II-14.1 honestly reflect the truth about the assets, liabilities, financial position and profit and loss of the entity, including those within the scope of consolidation, if any, and that the annual report honestly reflects the development and performance of the business and the financial position of the entity, including those within the scope of consolidation, if any, together with the significant risks and uncertainties it faces,

II-14.1 SAYILI TEBLİĞİN 9. MADDESİ GEREĞİNCE SORUMLULUK BEYANI

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu ve Denetim Komitesi tarafından onaylanmış, 31.03.2024 tarihinde sona eren 3 aylık döneme ait, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği ve 28.12.2023 tarihli enflasyon muhasebesi uygulamasına ilişkin İlke Kararı uyarınca, TMS/TFRS Konsolide hükümlerine göre hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmemiş mali tablolarımız ektedir.

Şirketimiz yönetimi tarafından 31.03.2024 tarihi itibariyle bir önceki yıl ile karşılaştırmalı olarak hazırlanmış olan TMS/TFRS esaslı Konsolide Bilanço, Gelir Tablosu, Nakit Akım Tablosu, Öz Sermaye Değişim Tabloları ile bunlara ait açıklamaların ve Faaliyet Raporunun;

a) Tarafımızdan incelendiğini,

b) Şirketimizdeki görev ve sorumluluk alanlarında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, Finansal tablo ve faaliyet raporunun önemli konularda gerçeğe aykırı bir açıklama veya açıklamanın yapıldığı tarih itibariyle yanıltıcı olması sonucunu doğurabilecek herhangi bir eksiklik içermediğini,

c) Şirketimizin görev ve sorumluluk alanlarında sahip olduğumuz bilgiler çerçevesinde, II-14.1 sayılı Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği uyarınca hazırlanmış finansal tabloların varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin aktifleri, pasifleri, finansal durumu ve kâr ve zararı ile ilgili gerçeği dürüst bir biçimde yansıttığını ve faaliyet raporunun işin gelişimi ve performansını ve varsa konsolidasyon kapsamındakilerle birlikte- işletmenin finansal durumunu, karşı karşıya olunan önemli riskler ve belirsizliklerle birlikte, dürüstçe yansıttığını,
