GRAINTURK TARIM A.Ş.'nin 14/06/2024 tarihinde,saat 11:00'da şirket merkez adresi olan Levent Mh.Levent Cd.Krizantem Sk.N:15 Beşiktaş/İSTANBUL adresinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısı'nda aşağıdaki karar alınmıştır.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 13.06.2024 tarihli Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısının 8 Nolu gündem maddesi Kararı uyarınca; Yönetim Kurulunca kar dağıtım önerisi görüşülmüş ve kabul edilmiştir. Buna göre; Şirketimiz 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 dönemi kârından, 6102 Sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesi uyarınca ayrılması gereken yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan tutardan 14.900.000,00TL'nin pay sahiplerine payları oranında 22/07/2024-13/09/2024-13/12/2024 tarihlerinde 3 eşit taksit şeklinde dağıtılmasına oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir
