12.06.2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Şirketimizin 2024 yılı hesap döneminde bağımsız denetimini yapacak denetim kuruluşu olarak Edit Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ilişkin Genel Kurul kararı İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından 14.06.2024 tarihinde tescil edilmiş, tescil işlemi 20.06.2024 tarih ve 11105 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde ilan edilmiştir.

At the 2023 Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on 12.06.2024, the General Assembly resolution regarding the selection of Edit Bağımsız Denetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. as the audit firm to conduct the independent audit of our Company for the accounting period of 2024 has been registered by Istanbul Trade Registry Office on June 14, 2024 and the registration was announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 20 June 2024 and numbered 11105.

We submit for the information of shareholders and the public.

In case of discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of the public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
