Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu Toplantısı'nda alınan karar uyarınca;

TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 1.279.137.097 .- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nın 519. maddesi uyarınca yasal sınıra ulaşıldığından 1. tertip yedek akçe ayrılmamıştır. 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin ödenen 92.310.000 TL kâr payı avansları düşüldükten ve 2023 yılında yapılan 995.380 TL tutarında "Bağışlar" ilave edildikten sonra, 1.187.822.477 TL Kar Payı Avansı Düşülmüş Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olduğu görülmüştür.

- Yasal Kayıtlara göre net dönem karı 453.135.578 TL olup bu tutardan TTK'nun 519. maddesi uyarınca yasal sınıra ulaşıldığından 1.tertip yedek akçe ayrılmamıştır. 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ilişkin ödenen 92.310.000 TL kar payı avansları bu tutardan düşüldükten sonra 360.825.578 TL tutarında Kar Payı Avansı Düşülmüş Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı oluştuğu görülmüştür.

- 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait Yasal Kayıtların esas alınması, 124.890.000 TL kar payı dağıtılması, brüt 124.890.000 -TL'nin; 54.300.000 TL sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine hisse başına brüt 2,30 TL ( hisse başına brüt % 230), hisse başına net 2,07 TL (hisse başına net % 207 TL) tutarında Kâr Payı ödenmesi, kar payı dağıtımından ve yasal yedek akçelerin ayrılmasından sonra kalan kısmın geçmiş yıl kar ve zararları olarak ayrılması ayrıca; ödenecek olan kar payının 26 Haziran 2024 ve 1 Ekim 2024 tarihlerinde nakden iki taksit olarak ödenmesi önerisi 25.06.2024 tarihinde yapılan 2023 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
