Şirket aktifinde yer alan maddi duran varlıklardan Çerkezköy Organize Sanayi Bölgesindeki fabrikanın üzerinde kurulu bulunduğu arsanın gerçeğe uygun değeri ile yansıtılması amacıyla yeniden değerlendirilmesine yönelik Gedaş Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. tarafından hazırlanan rapor 01.07.2024 tarihinde tarafımıza teslim edilmiştir. Değerleme sonucu oluşan yeni değer TFRS'ye göre hazırlanacak 30.06.2024 tarihli finansal tablolarımıza yansıtılacak olup ayrıntılı açıklamalar dipnotlarda yapılacaktır.

Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

Gedaş Gayrimenkul Değerleme A.Ş. for the re-evaluation of the land on which the factory in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone is located, one of the tangible fixed assets in the company's assets, in order to reflect it at its fair value. The report prepared by was delivered to us on 01.07.2024. The new value resulting from the valuation will be reflected in our financial statements dated 30.06.2024, which will be prepared in accordance with TFRS, and detailed explanations will be made in the footnotes.
