Şirketimiz Yatırımcı İlişkileri Yöneticisi Merve TEMEL, 30 Haziran 2024 tarihi itibarıyla görevinden ayrılmıştır.

İlgili göreve, II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin 11'inci maddesi uyarınca yeni bir atama yapılması için çalışmalara başlanmış olup, atama yapıldığında ayrıca açıklama yapılacaktır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

Investor Relations Head at our company, Merve TEMEL, resigned from her position as of 30 June 2024.
