1. Term of the Plan. Yearly Plan requiring a further subsequent 3 years permanence in the Company for full entitlement. This Plan may be re-peated in the future if the parties so agree. 2. Stock Equivalent Units (SEUS). Units whoseR value is equivalent to that of the Company's shares at a given time on the Spanish stock exchange markets in which it is listed. The possible consolidation of such units shall not in any event involve any right over the Company's actual shares. 3. Grant. The offer containing information supplied to the director at the ini-tiation of the Plan regarding the range of SEUS which may be confirmed according to the degree of achievement of objectives set for the Plan. 4. Evaluation.
