Digital Value Digital Value strengthens its presence in the Public Administration with new Consip S.p.A. awards

Rome, July 3, 2025 – Digital Value S.p.A. (Ticker: DGV) a leading group in the Italian ICT sector – announces the award of two new Consip framework agreements:

• Lot 1 Public Cloud SaaS – CRM – Edition 2, related to Oracle solutions.
• Lot 14 Multibrand Software – Edition 7, related to Cisco solutions, including license maintenance renewals and related services.

Both contracts have a 12-month duration, with orders expected to start in the coming month, and will contribute to the Group's order backlog growth for the current year.

Lot 1 Public Cloud SaaS – CRM has a total value of €25,000,000, of which €12,250,000 pertains to the Group, plus 20% in statutory maximum thresholds.

Lot 14 has a total value of €25,000,000, of which €17,500,000 pertains to the Group, plus 20% in statutory maximum thresholds.

These new awards contribute to consolidating Digital Value's position in the public sector and reflect the continued trust of institutions in the Group's ability to support their strategic digital transformation journeys.
