Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulu'nun temettü dağıtımı ile ilgili verdiği ve KAP'ta 14.05.2024 tarihinde ilan edilen Yönetim Kurulu önergesine göre;

"Türkiye Muhasebe / Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS) esas alınarak hazırlanan ve DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen finansal tablolarımıza göre 143.425.919 TL net dönem zararı, VUK kayıtlarına göre ise 835.942.887,00 TL cari yıl karı elde edilmiş olup, Şirketimiz Kar Dağıtım Politikası çerçevesinde genel ekonomik ve sektörel konjonktür ile Şirketimiz nakit ve finansman politikaları dikkate alınarak, kâr payının dağıtılmayarak, VUK hükümlerine göre oluşan cari yıl kârının ve TFRS/TMS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre oluşan net dönem zararının geçmiş yıl karlarına/zararlarına aktarılmasının Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir."

Bu önerge oylamaya sunuldu.

Yapılan oylama sonucunda Yönetim Kurulunun kâr dağıtılmaması yönündeki önergesi, toplantıya katılanlar arasından 26.701.830,8 toplam kabul oya karşılık 6000 adet red oyu ile toplantıya katılanların oy çokluğuyla kabul edildi.

Şirketimizin 2023 faaliyet dönemine ilişkin Olağan Genel Kurul kararları tescil edilmiş olup 11120 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Gazetesinde 11.07.2024 tarihinde yayınlanmıştır.
