Şirketin enflasyon muhasebesi uygulanmamış malî tablolarına göre 60.053.737,69-TL dönem net kârı olmasına karşın 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun Geçici 33'üncü maddesi ile Vergi Usul Kanunu Genel Tebliği (Sıra No: 555) hükümleri uyarınca enflasyon muhasebesi uygulanan finansal tablolara göre 113.801.403,79-TL dönem net zararı ortaya çıktığı, ayrıca Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri uyarınca hazırlanan TFRS esasına göre enflasyon düzenlemesi yapılarak bağımsız denetimden geçen finansal tablolarda 76.743.481,00-TL dönem net zararı bulunduğu, bu sebeple Şirket Yönetim Kurulunun, dağıtılmaya esas bir kârın bulunmamasından ötürü kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ilişkin önerisi Genel Kurul'da kabul edilmiştir.
