21.07.2020 tarihli Özel Durum Açıklamamızda, şirketimizin ilgili tarih itibariyle 4 yıllık dönemde yapılması öngörülen modernizasyon yatırımları için Yatırım Teşvik Belgesi düzenlendiği belirtilmişti.

Söz konusu Yatırım Teşvik Belgemizin süresinin uzatılmasına dair T.C. Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Teşvik Uygulama ve Yabancı Sermaye Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yapmış olduğumuz başvuru  onaylanarak Yatırım Teşvik Belgemizin geçerlilik tarihi 14.07.2026 ve tutarı toplam 1.335.630.327 TL olarak revize edilmiştir.

Bölgesel Yatırım kapsamındaki yatırımlarımızla ilgili olarak yararlanacağımız destek unsurları 21.07.2020 tarihinde onaylanan başvurumuz ile aynı şekilde devam etmektedir.

In our Material Event Disclosure dated 21.07.2020, it was stated that an Investment Incentive Certificate was issued for our company's modernization investments planned to be made in the 4-year period as of the relevant date.

Our application to the T.C. Ministry of Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Incentive Implementation and Foreign Capital for the extension of the validity period of our Investment Incentive Certificate was approved and the validity date of our Investment Incentive Certificate was revised to 14.07.2026 and the total amount to 1,335,630,327 TL.

The supporting elements regarding our investments within the scope of Regional Investment continue in the same way as our application approved on 21.07.2020.
