Şirketimizin 29 Mart 2024 ve 3 Nisan 2024 tarihli açıklamasına istinaden, borçlanma aracı ihraç edilmesine dair başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 25 Temmuz 2024 tarih ve 39/1118 kararı ile onaylanmıştır. Söz konusu ihraca ilişkin Başvuru Formu ve Onaylı İhraç Belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Pursuant to our Company's announcement dated March 29, 2024 and April 3, 2024, our application for the issuance of debt instruments was approved by the Capital Markets Board's decision 39/1118 dated July 25, 2024. The Application Form and the Approved Issuance Document for the said issuance are attached.
