Şirketimizin %100 ortağı olduğu Reap Batarya Teknolojileri A.Ş. ile dünyanın en önemli batarya üreticilerinden ve BNEF listesinde Tier-1 olarak listelenen Great Power grubu arasında ortaklık sözleşmesi imzalanmıştır. Bu ortaklık kapsamında %51 Reap A.Ş. ve %49 Great Power‘in ortak olacağı yeni bir şirket kurulacaktır.

Yapılan anlaşma kapsamında Reap A.Ş. hem kendi markası olan "Reap Batarya" hem de "Great Power" markası ile Türkiye'de üretim ve başta Türkiye pazarı olmak üzere Avrupa, Türki Cumhuriyetler ve Afrika ülkelerinde satış yapabilecektir.

Yeni işbirliği ile Yeo Teknoloji ve Reap A.Ş.'nin bilgi birikimi ve tecrübesi, Great Power'in ileri düzey batarya teknolojisi ve üretim deneyimi bir araya getirilerek fark yaratılması hedeflenmektedir.

Great Power; 2001 yılında kurulmuş olup 2024 itibariyle 9 farklı tesisinde toplam 65 GWh kapasitesi ile elektrikli araçlar, enerji şebekeleri ve diğer endüstriler için yüksek teknoloji ile lityum-ion pil hücresinden konteyner tipi enerji depolama sistemlerine kadar tüm batarya ve batarya sistemlerini üretebilmektedir.

Great Power, Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) tarafından açıklanan Tier-1 üretici listesindeki 38 firma arasındadır (2024 3.ceyrek itibariyle).

Piyasadaki gelişmelere göre, Great Power grubu ile birlikte yakın zamanda açıklanan Hit-30 Yüksek Teknoloji Yatırım Programı kapsamında da yer alan batarya hücresi üretimi görüşmelerine başlanması hedeflenmektedir.

Our company, Reap Battery Technologies A.S., which is 100% owned by Yeo Teknoloji, signed a shareholder agreement with Great Power Group, which is one of the world's leading battery manufacturers and listed as Tier-1 by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF).  Under this partnership, a new company will be established with 51% owned by Reap A.S. and 49% shared by Great Power.

As part of this partnership, Reap A.S. will be able to produce under its own brand "Reap Battery" and"Great Power" brand to be manufactured in Turkish market. The new company will be able to sell the both brands products from both manufacture plants in Turkyie as well as in Europe, CIS countries, and African countries as of now.

With this new collaboration, it is aimed to create a significant impact by combining the knowledge and experience of Yeo Technology and Reap A.S. with the advanced battery technology, and production experience of Great Power.

Great Power, founded in 2001, produce the full range of high-tech lithium-ion (LFP) battery cells with total capacity of 65 GWh and BESS in its 9 different product plants in order to serve EV, utilities, and C&I markets as of 2024.

Great Power is listed as Tier-1 manufacturers among the 38 companies in the world by BNEF (BloombergNEF's tier 1 criteria as of 3Q 2024).

As per the market requirement, Reap A.S. and Great Power will target to extend the co-operation  to the"battery cell" production which is under the scope of recently announced Hit-30 High Technology Investment Program.
