Additional Explanations

Sermaye Piyasası mevzuatı, Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirket ana sözleşmesi ve Kar Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak; bağımsız denetimden geçmiş 31.12.2023 tarihli konsolide finansal tablolara göre 2023 yılına ilişkin net dağıtılabilir dönem karı 1.031.436.000 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Diğer yandan, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) düzenlemelerine ilişkin hazırlanan solo finansal tablolarda enflasyon muhasebesi düzeltmesi sonucu oluşan 1.479.411.224 TL tutarındaki geçmiş yıl zararı özsermaye kalemlerine ait enflasyon düzeltmesi farklarından mahsup edilmiştir.

Bu doğrultuda, VUK düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan solo finansal tablolardaki söz konusu zarar mahsubu işleminin gerçekleştirilmesi, 68.564.000 TL tutarındaki kısmı geçmiş yıllar karlarından karşılanmak üzere 108.387.459 TL tutarında genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra pay sahiplerine toplam 1.100.000.000 TL tutarında brüt nakit kar payı dağıtılması, nakit kar payının 6 Ağustos 2024 tarihinde ödenmesi karara bağlanmıştır.
