14.12.2022 ve 26.12.2022 tarihlerinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda (KAP) açıklanan Şirketimizin Elazığ Organize Sanayi Bölgesi'nde 3 etaplı olarak kurulması planlanan Tarımsal Sulama Tesisi yatırımımızın 1. Etabı olan yağmurlama boruları ve aksesuarları üretim hatlarımızın 10.04.2023 tarihinde ve 2. Etabı olan Teknolojik Damlama Sulama Sistemi hatlarımızın ise 02.02.2024 tarihinde tamamlanarak üretime başlanıldığına ilişkin özel durum açıklamaları KAP'ta yayınlanmıştır.

Tarımsal Sulama Tesisi Yatırımımız çerçevesinde 3. ve son etabı olan Basınç Ayarlı Damlama Sulama Sistemleri hatlarımızda gerekli testler tamamlanarak 30.07.2024 tarihinde (bugün) üretime başlanılmıştır.

Tarımsal Sulama Tesisi yatırımızın tamamlanması ile boru grubu toplam cirosunun %25 oranında artması beklenmektedir.

Yatırım teşvik belgesi kapsamında gerçekleştirilen yatırımımıza 10 yıl süreyle SGK primi işveren hissesi desteği, ücret gelir vergisi desteği, %90 kurumlar vergisi indirimi, faiz desteği, gümrük vergisi muafiyeti ve KDV istisnası sağlanmıştır.

Special circumstances announcements regarding the completion and commencement of production of the first phase of our Agricultural Irrigation Facility investment, planned to be established in three phases at the Elazığ Organized Industrial Zone, were published on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on 14.12.2022 and 26.12.2022. Our production lines for sprinkler pipes and accessories, which make up the first phase, began production on 10.04.2023, and the production lines for our Technological Drip Irrigation System, constituting the second phase, began production on 02.02.2024.

Within the scope of our Agricultural Irrigation Facility Investment, the necessary tests for the third and final phase, which consists of the Pressure-Compensating Drip Irrigation Systems, have been completed, and production commenced on 30.07.2024 (today).

With the completion of our Agricultural Irrigation Facility investment, the total turnover of the pipe group is expected to increase by 25%.

Our investment, which is carried out under the investment incentive certificate, has been provided with various supports, including a 10-year exemption from the employer's share of the SGK premium, income tax support for wages, a 90% corporate tax reduction, interest support, customs duty exemption, and VAT exemption.
