Dear Stakeholders,

It has been announced that our application for increasing the issued capital of our company from TL 240,000,000 to TL 1,000,000,000 by increasing it by TL 760,000,000 within the registered capital ceiling of TL 1,000,000,000 was approved by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on 25.07.2024 and the starting date for the use of the right to receive bonus shares was determined as 02.08.2024.

Within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our Company from TL 240,000,000 to TL 1,000,000,000 the new version of Article 7 of our Articles of Association regarding the capital was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 02.08.2024.

It is respectfully announced to the public.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
