Additional Explanations

The share issuance of shares with a nominal value of 420,000,000 TL to be issued due to the increase of our company's capital to 480,000,000 TL, fully covered by internal resources, and the amendment of Article 6 of the Articles of Association titled "Capital" have been approved by the Capital Markets Board. The announcement regarding the approval of the share issuance by the CMB was published in the CMB bulletin dated 1 August 2024 and numbered 2024/37. The Approved Issuance Document and the Articles of Association Amendment Text are attached.

The exercise start date of the right to receive bonus shares is 7 August 2024.
