Yönetim Kurulu'nun 6 Haziran 2024 tarihli kararları kapsamında Şirketimiz çıkarılmış sermayesinin 37.870.098.826,70 TL artırılarak 5.410.014.118,10 TL'den 43.280.112.944,80 TL'ye yükseltilmesine ve Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin 8.maddesinin tadil edilmesine ilişkin başvurumuz Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından 8 Ağustos 2024 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

In accordance with the Board of Directors' decision dated 6 June 2024, our application regarding the increase of our Company's issued capital from TRY 5.410.014.118,10 to TRY 43.280.112.944,80 and the amendment of the Article 8 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 8 August 2024.
