Şirketimizin çıkarılmış sermayesinin 5.410.014.118,10 TL'den 43.280.112.944,80 TL'ye artırılması kapsamında ihraç edilecek 37.870.098.826,70 TL nominal değerli paylara ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu onaylı ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

The issue document approved by the Capital Markets Board for shares with a nominal value of TRY 37.870.098.826,70 to be issued within the scope of increasing the issued capital of our company TRY 5.410.014.118,10 to TRY 43.280.112.944,80 is attached.
