Additional Explanations

At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our company held on 14/06/2024, in line with the proposal given, it has been decided to distribute the 13th article of the 2023 Company Articles of Association and the profit distribution policy of our company as indicated in the attached Profit Distribution Table. Cash distribution of profits will commence as of 09/07/2024, and the date for the distribution of profits against free shares will be determined after the approval of the CMB application following the registration of the General Assembly.

Under this decision, although there will be no change in the amounts of profit distribution to shareholders through either cash or free capital increase, the profit distribution table attached has been updated by making adjustments to some of its items. This update ensures alignment with the profit distribution figures decided in the General Assembly and complies with the principles set out in the Capital Markets Board Bulletin No. 14/382 and the Capital Markets Board Dividend Guidance.
