Our partial demerger application, subject to our related public disclosure, which had been submitted to Capital Markets Board has been rescinded, since it has not been possible to finalize the partial demerger transaction within the legal period (up until 31 August 2024), due to the fact that the date of financial statements which the application to be based on required to be updated. Respectfully being announced to the public.

This is the translation of the Turkish public disclosure made by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. through the Public Disclosure Platform, under the Material Events Guideline prepared in accordance with the Communique of Material Events, numbered II-15.1. According to the Material Events Guideline and the regulations, the Turkish public disclosure shall prevail.
