Additional Explanations

Our company, with a registered capital ceiling of 500,000,000 TL and an issued capital of 144,900,000 TL, had previously announced that on July 31, 2024, we submitted an application to the Capital Markets Board to increase the issued capital to 289,800,000 TL by issuing 14,490,000,000 bearer C-class shares, each with a nominal value of 1 Kr, and to amend Articles 6 and 7 of the Articles of Association in the attached new form.

The Capital Markets Board's bulletin dated August 28, 2024, and numbered 2024/43, has confirmed that our application has been approved.
